As books are fully imported from the USA, HM Leisure Planning has to apply a very strict returns policy

Returns policy:  Return goods must be in “AS NEW” condition - this includes plastic wrap where provided

1. (a)All returns must receive prior approval by writing or faxing to
   HM Leisure Planning, PO Box 141, Williamstown Vic 3016  Fax 0393991614
   and
   

2. (b) Single returns of single orders (current titles) will be accepted
   
   

3. (c) depending on our stock holdings, a maximum of 20 percent of any multiple order will be accepted for return
   
     OR
   
   

4. (d) for large order of more than 50 books no more than ten copies will be accepted for return 
   

5. 
   

6. whichever is the smaller of (c) or (d) above,
   

7. 
   

provided that requests are made within 3 months of dispatch and  mailing costs are paid by the returning agency.  If accepted a restocking fee of 15% of invoiced price per book is payable.

NB:  The returns policy does not apply to damaged stock. If you receive damaged stock please phone 03 9399 1614 so that we can arrange replacements and discuss the evidence of damage required by the US publishers.
